Buy Back Policy
Deadman Collectables are always open to buying your unwanted cards and collectables from our breaks or your PC. We also strive to be as up front and transparent about all things we do, including our Buy Back and Buying Policy.
Our Buy Back Policy and Procedure is as follows:
- All items from Deadman Collectables' Breaks may be eligible for the Buy Back Policy, excluding any "base" cards and damaged or misprinted cards.
- Deadman Collectables reserves the right to not buy back any items, at any time, and for any reason. No guarantees will be made that any item will be bought back, at any time.
- To start the process, please get in contact with us via the email : james@deadmancollectables.com
- Within the email, please ensure that your name, the break number, and information on what cards you hit that you were requesting a buy back for, are listed. We also require the receipt number of your purchase, and more information may be requested for validation purposes. This information will be confirmed by Deadman Collectables before proceeding to the next step.
- Deadman Collectibles will attempt to find relevant comps for the hits within 48 hours and send through an offer. Comps will roughly be calculated based on the last 3 - 5 sales of that card, whilst taking into account the date of the sales, the location the of sales, changes in current market and, a number of other factors. Outlier comps that are either significantly higher or lower will not be included in this.
- The offer will be in the form of either store credit, cash or both.
- All offers will be in the range of 50-95% of comp value, however, the far majority of cards will be 55-65% for cash offers and 65-75% of value for store credit.
- If the offer is accepted by the seller, a document will be sent that must be signed to acknowledge the sale of the item before any payment is made.
- Any cash offers will be paid via Paypal and the offer will take into account any fees occurred.
Please understand, if you would like to maximise your return when selling your cards, you would be best to sell them via ebay with an approximate 15% fee on the total or through a private sale. This option is best for those not interested in their hit and would prefer to get something they would prefer in a much faster way.
